Abandoned Leads

An abandoned lead is any customer that starts a cart session but does not finish it, but there is a catch. Browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc) will not tell UltraCart who initiates a cart session, so there is no data transmission to UltraCart at the beginning of their cart session. The only way to capture information is through some type of customer action that can notify UltraCart that there is information for storing.
